Our guides operate across multiple national parks and reserves. For tour-related enquiries during your trip, emergency contact details are provided in your booking confirmation.
We recommend comfortable neutral-coloured clothing, a hat, sunscreen, binoculars if you have them, and a camera. For bush walks, sturdy closed-toe shoes are essential. Detailed packing lists are provided upon booking.
Most of our vehicle-based tours welcome children aged 6 and above. Bush walks require participants to be at least 16 years old for safety reasons. Please contact us to discuss family-friendly options.
Wildlife observation continues in most weather conditions, as animals remain active. In cases of severe weather that compromises safety, we will reschedule or offer alternative arrangements at no additional cost.
